How do I know which Service to choose?

If you're unsure, don't stress that's what I'm here for. Choose the option that feels closest, and will find tune during your consultation. Your appointment time is protected either way.
What if my hair needs more time than I booked?
If your hair requires additional time due to length, thickness, or complexity, discuss options together either adjusting the service or scheduling a follow up, so everything stays relaxed and intentional
Can I change or remove a service during my appointment?
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If we decide to simplify the service, the time remains the same. This ensures fairness and consistency for all guests.

Booking and appointments
How do I request an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through my secure booking system. This allows you to choose the service that best fits your hair, goals, and ensures enough time is reserved just for you no rushing, no overlap.
Do you accept new guests?
Yes! New guests are welcome through my New Guest experience, which is designed to give us extra time for consultation, customization, and setting a long-term plan for your hair.
Can I book just a haircut?
At this time, haircut only appointments are reserved for my existing guests who are already established in my schedule. This helps me maintain consistency and care for my long-term clients.
Do you charge cancellation or rescheduling fees?
Yes. Life happens, and I completely understand, but last-minute changes impact my livelihood. Please review the cancellation policy when booking so we're on the same page.

What makes radiant roots different from a traditional salon?
This is a one on one, no pressure studio. No double booking. No chaos. Just focused care, honest conversations, and hear that fits your real life.
Can I bring my kids, friends, or guests?
To maintain a calm, focused environment, appointments are reserved just for you. This helps ensure safety, relaxation, and the best results. However, there are exceptions.
What if I am nervous, overwhelmed, or not sure this is for me?
That's OK. Many of my guests come in feeling exactly that way. My job is to meet you where you are, guide you gently, and help you leave feeling confident, cared for, and radiant.
