What To Expect
Before your visit
Your experience starts the moment you book your appointment. You'll receive A New Guest Welcome Packet with everything you need to feel prepared and confident before you arrive. Be sure to look for it and click the link Inside. It includes arrival details, hair prep tips, etc. Nothing overwhelming, just the essentials so you can walk in with ease.
You'll also receive friendly reminder texts or emails leading up to your appointment to keep everything simple and stress-free. When you arrive at Mia Salon Studios, there is no front desk. Just have a seat, get comfortable, and I'll come greet you right at your appointment time and bring you back to suit 119.
Your radiant welcome
​Every visit begins the same way. Calm, welcoming, and unhurried . You will be greeted ,offered a beverage and snacks, and given a moment to settle in. This time is for you, and feeling relaxed and taken care of matters to me.

Your time in the chair
This is your time, and it's designed to fit you. We can chat, talk through your hair goals, products, life, or enjoy some quiet. Whatever feels best to you that day. During processing , you're welcome to relax, unplug, or you are welcome to choose an Oracle and or self-care card if you feel called to it.
I'll guide you through everything I'm doing and why, so you feel confident not just leaving the salon but maintaining your hair at home. You'll also receive a personalized plan with product recommendations I truly believe in, so your results last between visits without extra stress or guesswork.
care beyond the chair
Your experience doesn't end when you leave. I'll check in after your visit to make sure you're loving your hair and answer any questions that come up. Staying connected is part of how I care for my clients whether that's a quick text, a message, or the occasional "hey girl "moment.
